Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Coordinator to join a dynamic Human Resources team within a fast-paced and growth-oriented property management environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting employees, improving HR processes, and contributing to a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture. The HR Coordinator will be a central point of contact for employees across the organization and will ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, HRIS management, compliance, and employee engagement. Spanish-speaking proficiency is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel data management in Rippling and other HR systems.
Manage background screenings, employment verifications, and I-9/E-Verify compliance.
Coordinate benefits enrollments and changes while maintaining data accuracy across systems.
Manage employee scheduling and attendance.
Maintain HRIS integrity by auditing and updating teammate records.
Support leave management (FMLA, ADA, disability, and workers’ comp).
Conduct and track onboarding, stay, and exit interviews to enhance engagement insights.
Help coordinate HR trainings, employee communications, and engagement initiatives.
Provide administrative support for audits, compliance reporting, and special projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–2 years of experience in HR, with exposure to HR operations, data entry, or payroll support.
Familiarity with HRIS systems; experience with Rippling is a plus.
High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and solution-oriented approach with a passion for helping others succeed.
Spanish-speaking proficiency is strongly preferred.
