Job Description

Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Internal Recruiters to join our Recruitment team. This role requires a proactive approach to identify, engage, and secure top talent to meet our growing staffing needs. The Internal Recruiter will be instrumental in shaping the workforce that supports Revaya's strategic goals and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates.
  • Proactively source candidates through online channels (e.g., professional networks and portfolio sites).
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Craft clear, concise, and compelling job descriptions.
  • Coordinate with the operations managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
  • Screen resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct initial video interviews.
  • Follow up on interview processes and update candidates on hiring stages.
  • Report on hiring trends and recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and verify seamless integration into their respective clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Experience Hiring for Real Estate (Property Management) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle and various interview techniques.
  • Experience with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.

Note: An NBI or police clearance will be required upon acceptance of the job offer.
