Project Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, either 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time, or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time, with a 30-minute break

Salary: $1200 per month

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee project execution, coordinate field staff, and ensure timely and accurate reporting. This role is responsible for managing multiple projects from initiation through completion, maintaining clear communication between field teams and leadership, and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing field operations while maintaining strong documentation and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously from planning through completion

• Coordinate and supervise field staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to project requirements

• Develop project timelines, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed

• Serve as the primary point of contact between field teams and management

• Prepare and submit regular project status reports, including progress updates, risks, and performance metrics

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and client expectations

• Identify potential project risks or delays and implement corrective actions

• Maintain organized project documentation, schedules, and communication logs

• Support budgeting, resource allocation, and operational planning as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in field-based or operations-driven environments

• Experience managing field teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in project management tools, spreadsheets, and reporting systems

• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and execution skills
