The Role: As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the Mental Health Outpatient Clinic, you will provide patient-centered care to individuals with mental health conditions, performing assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnose psychiatric conditions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management.

• Provide psychoeducation and counseling to patients and their families.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention and emergency care as needed.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

Requirements:

• Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program and relevant training.

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health or psychiatric care.

• Certifications: CPR, ACLS, PALS.

• Strong knowledge of mental health conditions and treatments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
