Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to connect with homeowners, contractors, and architects in Los Angeles regarding recently issued permits for new construction projects. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for reaching decision-makers, explaining how we can help them save significantly on permitting fees, and setting up appointments or collecting the required documentation for further processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact leads provided through city-issued permit data (homeowners, contractors, architects).
Reach the decision-maker and explain the potential savings (50%–60%) on permitting fees.
Determine whether the permit has already been paid:
If paid: Request an image of the receipt.
If unpaid: Request an itemized list from the architect displaying the fees.
Use company-provided email, canned responses, and PDFs for professional outreach.
Log outreach activities, responses, and follow-ups in shared Google documents.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure leads are nurtured and appointments are properly set.
Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive client experience on every call.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in speaking to homeowners, contractors, and architects.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Docs and email for outreach and tracking.
Familiarity with CRM tools or phone/text systems.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage outreach independently.
Background in construction, permitting, or real estate is a plus.
Note: An NBI or police clearance will be required upon acceptance of the job offer.
