Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings to assemble products or components.

  • Use hand tools, power tools, or automated equipment to perform assembly tasks.

  • Inspect completed parts and assemblies for quality, accuracy, and completeness.

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Report defective parts or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production goals.

  • Document production data and work completed.

  • Perform basic troubleshooting or minor repairs as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred.

  • Ability to read and follow technical instructions and manuals.

  • Manual dexterity and strong hand-eye coordination.

  • Basic math and measurement skills.

  • Physical stamina: ability to stand, bend, and lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs].

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with electronic, mechanical, or industrial assembly.
