Attorney 

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, with a 1-hour break

Salary: $1,600 per month

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented General Attorney with strong legal writing abilities to support a variety of legal matters. This role is ideal for an attorney who is confident in drafting, research, and analysis across multiple practice areas, while also being capable of handling client communication and case support.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to produce clear, well-structured legal documents with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, contracts, agreements, and memoranda

• Conduct in-depth legal research and provide clear, actionable summaries

• Prepare case documentation, reports, and legal correspondence

• Assist with case strategy through research and written analysis

• Communicate with clients regarding updates, documentation, and basic legal matters

• Review and analyze contracts, policies, and legal records

• Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines are met

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Minimum of 2–4 years of legal experience (open across practice areas)

• Exceptional legal writing and drafting skills (writing samples required)

• Strong proficiency in legal research platforms (LexisNexis, Westlaw)Clear and professional written and verbal communication

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
