Maintenance Worker

Pay rate: $23/hr
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general building maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and electrical work.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized.
• Handle repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance as needed.
• Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Be open to training in receiving, shipping, and inventory departments and assist when required.
• Follow safety protocols and help maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Worker or similar role.

• Experience operating man lifts and scissor lifts (license/certification required).

• Forklift operation experience is a plus (license/certification preferred).

• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

• Troubleshooting skills and ability to perform basic repairs.

• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

• Physical stamina – ability to lift heavy objects, perform manual labor, and work at heights.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Bonus Experience:
