REMOTE PARALEGAL - COLOMBIA

Job Type: Full - Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time (1-hour break)

Salary: $1,000 per month

Job Overview :

We are looking for a Remote Paralegal based in Colombia to support our global operations team. The role focuses on contract management, compliance, and corporate documentation — ideal for professionals experienced in legal support within business environments. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities across international clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Draft, review, and maintain contracts, NDAs and service agreements.
• Manage and organize the contract database, ensuring timely renewals and compliance tracking.
• Assist in contract administration and ensure alignment with company policies and client requirements.
• Conduct basic legal and regulatory research relevant to company operations and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, HR, Operations) to ensure all documentation aligns with company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of standardized templates and legal workflows.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all legal records and communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, preferably in corporate, business or contract law.
• Knowledge of Colombian legal systems, corporate procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Strong command of English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and document management tools.
• Experience in remote work or global outsourcing environments is an advantage.
