Wayfair E-Commerce Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time, with a 30-minute break

Salary: $1000

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wayfair E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our presence on the Wayfair platform. This role is responsible for product listing management, catalog optimization, inventory synchronization, and overall marketplace performance support. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing Wayfair accounts, strong analytical and organizational skills, and a solid understanding of marketplace operations. This position requires someone who is collaborative, results-driven, and comfortable working independently during U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings on Wayfair, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Oversee catalog management, including product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images
  • Perform SEO optimization to improve product visibility and marketplace performance
  • Support campaign setup, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Handle new product onboarding, uploads, and data mapping
  • Monitor synchronization of product information and inventory across systems
  • Process orders and ensure timely updates within the platform
  • Provide customer support related to marketplace inquiries and order issues
  • Conduct data analysis to track performance metrics and recommend improvements
  • Perform administrative tasks and accurate data entry
  • Assist with basic website updates and light photo editing when needed
  • Support app integrations and ensure smooth platform functionality

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing and optimizing Wayfair marketplace accounts
  • Strong understanding of marketplace operations and e-commerce workflows
  • Experience with product listing optimization, SEO, and campaign management
  • Knowledge of catalog management, data mapping, and inventory synchronization
  • Familiarity with order processing and customer service workflows
  • Basic skills in website management and photo editing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and during U.S. business hours
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
