Work Hours: Monday to Friday, US Business Hours

Salary: $1,000 per month

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Property Manager to help manage residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will assist with tenant communication, lease administration, maintenance coordination, and day-to-day property management tasks to ensure efficient and responsive service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and service requests.

  • Coordinate and follow up on maintenance and repair tasks with contractors or vendors.

  • Assist in lease preparation, renewals, and terminations.

  • Maintain accurate records of property documents, tenant communications, and financial transactions.

  • Monitor rent collections and send reminders for overdue payments.

  • Help schedule property inspections and assist in move-in/move-out processes.

  • Prepare monthly reports and updates for property owners or managers.

  • Perform general administrative support, including document management and calendar coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property management or real estate administration is preferred.

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive matters independently.

  • Familiarity with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium) is a plus.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
