Job Brief

We are seeking a vigilant Unarmed Security Guard to join our team.

Your main role will be to protect the premises by maintaining a high visibility presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions, observing for signs of crime or disorder and reporting any disturbances.

Your duties will include patrolling designated areas, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.

Our ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, excellent observational skills, and can act quickly and responsibly in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence
• Monitor all access points and prevent any unauthorized entry
• Inspect surveillance cameras periodically identify disruptions and unlawful activities
• Respond to alarms and handle security issues or emergencies swiftly and professionally
• Prepare detailed reports on any security-related incidents
• Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain order
• Provide assistance to people in need
• Submit hourly reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences

Qualifications

·        Able to work in the US

·        Proven experience as a security officer or guard

·        Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety

·        Familiarity with report writing

·        Excellent surveillance and observation skills

·        Physically capable and able to sit for long periods of time and to walk to perform patrols

·        High School diploma is required
