Understand organizational, business unit and departmental strategies and goals as well as core systems, applications, and technical platforms
Identify opportunities for business processes improvement through technology or process changes and conduct impact analysis for proposed changes
Translate identified business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements that guide solution design, development and implementation
Lead requirements elicitation activities and manage requirements throughout the project’s lifecycle to ensure adherence to established scope and traceability to the business objectives
Liaise between cross-functional teams including business teams, technical teams, and vendors to ensure accurate interpretation and execution of requirements
Support decision making through presentation of analysis findings, and updates to leadership teams
Apply business analysis best practices and ensure deliverables align with BA and PMO frameworks
Collaborate on the vendor evaluation processes including RFP development and solution scoring as we;; as collaborate on solution design, implementation, test, and evaluation, to advocate for business needs, and ensure alignment of requirements and solution
Partner with project managers to ensure successful delivery of multiple, simultaneous, complex IT initiatives
Support and contribute to change management planning and activities
Contribute to the continued growth of Business Analysis and project management best practices
