Assembly / Painter

The Assembly/Painter worker supports production by assembling components according to specifications and applying paint or coatings to finished parts. The role blends hands-on mechanical assembly with industrial painting tasks to deliver finished, quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components using tools, fixtures, and work instructions

• Inspect parts for accuracy, defects, and alignment

• Prep materials for painting: cleaning, sanding, masking

• Mix paint and coatings according to required formulas

• Apply paint using spray guns or related equipment

• Maintain consistent color, coating thickness, and finish quality

• Perform touch-ups or rework as needed

• Package and label completed assemblies or painted parts

• Maintain painting equipment and follow cleaning procedures

• Comply with all safety, environmental, and OSHA regulations

• Keep workspace clean and organized
