Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific time, with a 1-hour unpaid break

Salary: $1,000 per month

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with advanced Excel skills, exceptional schedule management capabilities, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Experience in basic accounting is preferred. This role involves supporting senior management by streamlining daily tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze complex Excel spreadsheets to manage data and report on key metrics.
  • Manage and prioritize schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior management.
  • Ensure effective written and verbal communication both within and outside the company.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget reporting.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Contribute to project management, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles; experience with accounting software is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibits a positive and enthusiastic demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and act promptly.
