Case Manager Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific Time, with a 30-minute break

Salary: $1,000 per month

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Management Assistant to support our legal operations team. This role involves assisting with the coordination and management of legal cases, administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflows. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in case management or general legal administrative work. You’ll play a key role in supporting attorneys and case managers by maintaining case files, communicating with clients, and managing schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support case managers by organizing and updating legal documents and case files

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, deadlines, and follow-ups

  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams

  • Perform data entry, file management, and administrative tasks

  • Maintain accuracy in documentation and ensure deadlines are met

  • Assist with other legal and operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Experience in case management or legal administrative support preferred

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Proficiency with online tools and case management software

  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup

Note: An NBI or police clearance will be required upon acceptance of the job offer.
