Position 1: Outbound – Day Shift

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Equipment Required: Order Picker & Raymond Reach
• Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Position 2: Inbound – Afternoon Shift

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Equipment Required: Raymond Reach & Dock Stocker or Pacer
• Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Position Summary:

We are hiring experienced Forklift Operators for multiple full-time roles at our client’s distribution center near Kennedy and Steeles in Brampton. Positions are available on both the outbound day shift and inbound afternoon shift. Successful candidates will have proven experience operating the relevant equipment (Reach, Order Picker, Dock Stocker, or Pacer), and be comfortable in a fast-paced, accuracy-focused warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, load, label, and prepare outbound orders (Shipping)
• Receive, scan, and organize inbound inventory (Receiving) 
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Use RF scanners to track and manage inventory movements.
• Operate Raymond Reach, Order Picker, Dock Stocker, or Pacer safely and efficiently.
• Conduct equipment inspections and report mechanical issues.
• Identify and report damaged or missing inventory.
• Document shipment departures and arrivals accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all warehouse procedures and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Valid forklift license/certification.
• Experience with Raymond Reach is required for both shifts.
• Experience with Order Picker (day shift) or Dock Stocker/Pacer (afternoon shift).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and team collaboration.
• Reliable and punctual.
