Facilities Cleaner

Position Overview

Coryer Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Facilities Cleaner on behalf of local manufacture. The Facilities Cleaner will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and customers. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows established safety procedures, and can complete cleaning tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, hallways, and other common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and carpets.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, doors, windows, and high-touch surfaces.
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and according to instructions.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply needs.
• Follow site-specific procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Complete assigned cleaning schedules and occasional deep-cleaning projects.

Qualifications

• Prior commercial, industrial, or facilities cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
