Branch Operations Lead

Position Overview:

The Branch Operations Lead plays a key role in supporting warehouse management by assisting with daily operations, team leadership, and process improvements. This position serves as a bridge between management and team members while developing skills for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support management with warehouse operations, staffing, training, and asset management
• Enforce and model compliance with all safety and security procedures
• Train and develop team members through hands-on coaching
• Maintain a customer-focused approach in all operations
• Report policy violations and safety concerns to management
• Coordinate order fulfillment, inventory management, and record-keeping
• Safely operate company vehicles for deliveries/pickups when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ months warehouse experience

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)

• Eligibility to work in the United States

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds

• Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR

• Availability for opening/closing shifts (Mon-Fri + occasional Saturdays)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual communication skills

• Powered equipment certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong critical thinking and prioritization abilities

• Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills

• Ability to provide constructive feedback respectfully

Physical Requirements:
Regular standing, walking, and lifting (25-50 lbs frequently, up to 100 lbs occasionally). Full range of motion required for bending, reaching, and operating equipment.

Work Environment:
Active warehouse setting with exposure to moving machinery, moderate noise levels, and occasional airborne particles. Safety equipment provided where required.
