Talent Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time 

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST, with a 1-hour unpaid break

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Specialist to support recruitment operations, with a primary focus on sourcing, screening, and qualifying top talent across Latin America. This role is responsible for building strong candidate pipelines for a variety of roles supporting U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and experience recruiting LATAM professionals for remote positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, identify, and engage qualified LATAM candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate experience, communication skills, and overall role fit

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with recruiters and hiring managers

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and internal trackers

  • Support recruiters with candidate endorsements, interview preparation, and follow-ups

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and high-priority roles

  • Ensure candidates meet client requirements, including skills, availability, time zone alignment, and compensation expectations

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process

  • Collaborate with recruitment, CRM, and operations teams to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Specialist, Recruiter, or Sourcing Specialist, preferably supporting U.S.-based clients

  • Hands-on experience sourcing candidates across LATAM (e.g., Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina)

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and job boards

  • Experience recruiting for remote roles across multiple functions, such as virtual assistants, accounting, real estate, legal, marketing, or operations

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment trackers, and internal sourcing tools

  • Knowledge of LATAM labor markets, salary benchmarks, and candidate expectations

  • Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills
