Specific Duties and Responsibilities Process and track payments Maintain the billing system and monitor the billing cycle Maintain bank transactions – record collections and deposits Reconcile operating accounts and general ledger accounts Maintain and prepare Excel spreadsheets, updating lists and databases Responsible for orderly hard and soft copy filing system Help prepare marketing material Day-to-day office support - Reception duties, answering phones, email inquiries, and keep stock of office supplies Provide administrative support to the management team
