Job Description

Jombone is hiring two (2) customer service representatives for our client in Edmonton. This is a temporary position, but there could be potential for permanent hire for the right candidate. If you have customer service experience – specifically in heavy-duty trucks or general auto parts and are interested in gaining more knowledge this could be your opportunity to start your career in the auto industry. We have two (2) customer service representative positions available.

The successful candidates will answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from our clients and coordinate with other departments as needed. They will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and assist clients in resolving any issues that may arise. The candidates should have great communication skills, be highly organized, have great attention to detail, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

- Receive, process, verify and confirm customer orders via telephone, fax, email, or EDI and web.
- Provide accurate information concerning product availability, order status, product specifications, technical advice, pricing, and services.
- Resolve customers' service, product, or billing complaints, escalating as necessary.
- Support outside sales team where needed and assist other teams as requested.
- Review, and prepare returns and warranties requests.
- Prepare paperwork and receipt of the same.
- Gain familiarity with the day-to-day operations of the business and participates in improving operations by offering potential alternatives to existing methods

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the auto industry or with auto parts directly is considered an asset – specifically heavy-duty truck parts
- Excellent customer service skills, and experience
