Are you an experienced warehouse professional with inventory control and equipment operating experience? We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team and help ensure inventory accuracy while supporting efficient warehouse operations.

This position is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience operating material handling equipment and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where organization, accuracy, and safety are top priorities.

What You'll Be Doing

✔ Perform daily inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock audits

✔ Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

✔ Update and maintain inventory records within our Warehouse Management System (WMS)

✔ Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment

✔ Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation

✔ Organize inventory locations and maintain proper stock rotation

✔ Support warehouse operations and material movement as needed

✔ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous inventory control and warehouse experience
• Proven experience operating material handling equipment (MHE), including forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks, or similar equipment
• Valid forklift certification is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience working with WMS or ERP systems is an asset
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence
