Business Development Representative (Poland)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to take ownership of the full sales process, from lead generation to account management. This full-time, remote role is pivotal to driving business growth by converting opportunities into long-term client relationships. You will design and execute outreach strategies, manage the sales cycle, and collaborate closely with leadership to build a strong sales function in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach
  • Conduct outbound calls and prospecting to generate qualified leads.
  • Build and manage lead databases through research and contact mining.
  • Run LinkedIn campaigns targeting specific customer profiles.
  • Represent the business at networking events, expos, and industry functions.
  • Design and implement a full outreach strategy and sales system.
  • Sales Cycle & CRM Management
  • Define, refine, and manage the sales cycle for efficiency and conversion.
  • Manage CRM systems (Zoho, MONDAY.com, and related tools) for data accuracy and reporting.
  • Handle appointment setting and calendar coordination with prospects.
  • Support estimating and preconstruction teams in quote management.
  • Capture notes, minutes, and next steps from on-site sales meetings and recordings.
  • Account & Customer Management
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies for existing accounts.
  • Drive customer engagement through Google review campaigns (calls and emails).
  • Manage client touchpoints to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Director & EA Support
  • Take calls on behalf of the Director when unavailable, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Act as a bridge between the Director, EAs, and clients to maintain momentum on deals.
  • Provide sales support and reporting directly to leadership.
  • Conduct full handovers of closed deals to Design, Preconstruction, and Construction teams.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Zoho and MONDAY.com experience highly desirable).
  • Strategic mindset to design outreach systems, paired with hands-on execution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, energetic, and results-driven, with a strong desire to grow business opportunities.
