Job Description

Job Overview: 

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our remote recruitment team. In this role, you will lead full-cycle hiring efforts, ensuring that top-tier Filipino talent is sourced, assessed, and presented to meet the expectations of overseas clients. You’ll work collaboratively with internal teams and leverage advanced sourcing strategies to deliver high-quality candidates efficiently and consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage every stage of the recruitment lifecycle: role intake/review, sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Act as a key recruitment partner—work closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs, define role specifications, and build strategic hiring plans.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, referrals) to proactively build strong pipelines for both active and passive candidates.
  • Conduct structured candidate assessments, prepare comprehensive candidate profiles, and deliver high-quality shortlists to the Recruitment Manager for final review.
  • Facilitate the interview process for candidates, ensuring coordination and readiness.
  • Monitor and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate no-shows, etc.) and use data to optimize recruitment strategy.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience—from initial contact through pre-endorsement interview—with transparent communication and timely updates.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment tools, workflows, sourcing channels, and team practices to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Support the internal team by ensuring placements align with both client requirements and candidate expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ recruitment experience, with significant full-cycle hiring exposure (including both high-volume and strategic roles).
  • Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates and recruiting for overseas or remote-enabled roles.
  • Strong stakeholder and client-facing communication skills; ability to collaborate with hiring managers and internal leadership.
  • Practical experience using ATS/CRM systems and digital sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
  • Highly organized and metrics-oriented, with a track record of delivering quality hires in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting.
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to ensuring excellent recruitment outcomes.
