Join us as a Rent Collections Specialist and help manage past-due accounts, tenant communications, and reporting. 

Responsibilities: 

• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up 

• Send rent reminders and payment notices 

• Update payment logs and tenant records 

• Communicate with tenants on payment plans 

Qualifications: 

• Experience in collections or accounts receivable 

• Excellent English communication and record keeping 

• Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
