Delivery Driver / Warehouse Team Member

Position Overview:
As a Delivery Driver and Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for safely transporting products to customers on established routes while also performing essential warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This dual-role position is critical to maintaining efficient operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products and pick up returned merchandise
• Generate and maintain accurate delivery manifests, receiving documents, and records
• Organize, sort, and prepare merchandise for storage or distribution
• Verify orders and obtain necessary customer signatures and payments
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely
• Maintain clean and hazard-free work areas
• Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Basic math proficiency and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety protocols

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with automotive parts
• Forklift operation certification or willingness to obtain
• Demonstrated history of exceptional customer service
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing situations

Physical Requirements:
This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (25-50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds occasionally). Team members must have full range of motion and ability to operate vehicles and equipment safely.

Work Environment:
Warehouse setting with exposure to moving machinery, moderate noise levels, and occasional airborne particles. Safety equipment provided where required.
