What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage customer orders through phone, email, fax, EDI, and web platforms
  • Draft professional, clear, and courteous email communication
  • Provide accurate product details, including availability, pricing, and specifications
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns, escalating complex issues as needed
  • Coordinate with outside sales reps and internal departments to ensure seamless service
  • Process product returns and warranty requests with complete documentation
  • Use Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and report on various data

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 2–5 years in a customer service or office-based support role
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, especially over email
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Organization: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
  • Team Spirit: Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
