Salary: $109,000–$115,000 annually

An established global healthcare solutions organization is seeking a skilled Regional Health and Safety Manager to lead and strengthen safety programs across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support multi-site health and safety programs
• Ensure OSHA compliance and alignment with local, state, and federal regulations
• Conduct risk assessments and implement hazard mitigation strategies
• Develop and deliver safety training and education programs
• Oversee incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
• Perform audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
• Coordinate emergency preparedness plans, drills, and response procedures
• Analyze safety metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications
• 5–7 years of health and safety leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field
• CSP or CIH certification preferred
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel
• Fluent English required, both written and verbal
• German or French is a plus
• Ability to travel globally approximately 25% of the time
