Sales Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST, with a 30-minute break

Salary: $1,300

Job Overview: 

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support our growing sales operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, CRM management, and lead tracking. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate contact databases, supporting daily sales activities, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize contact databases using HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and clients.
• Prepare and update sales reports, trackers, and performance sheets in Excel.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, follow-ups, and email communication.
• Assist with data entry, list building, and documentation related to sales activities.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure timely sharing of client information.
• Help streamline workflows and improve efficiency in sales processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Assistant, Sales Coordinator, or Administrative Assistant (preferably in a remote setting).
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup.
