Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Relations Manager to serve as the main point of contact between our clients and internal team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships, ensure smooth coordination of recruitment activities, and deliver an outstanding client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary escalation point for clients managed by the CRM Specialists.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through trust, transparency, and consistent communication.
Collaborates with internal teams to meet client needs
Directly manage and support two CRM Specialists, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
Ensure CRM Specialists are aligned with company standards and client expectations.
Review and approve communications, reports, and client updates prepared by CRM Specialists.
Track team productivity and ensure timely delivery of client commitments.
Prepare and present candidate endorsements tailored to client needs.
Schedule and coordinate client interviews, follow-ups, and candidate feedback sessions.
Manage client communications including check-ins, calendar scheduling, and inbox management.
Prepare and facilitate job offers, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth handover.
Track client activity and candidate progress in CRMs and maintain up-to-date records.
Coordinate with recruiters and other internal departments to ensure alignment on client requirements and priorities.
Organize and schedule client meetings, both internal and external, using platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom.
Monitor client satisfaction and provide solutions to enhance their overall experience.
Foster strong collaboration with colleagues and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
Contribute to process improvements to streamline client communications and internal workflows.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in client relations, account management, or recruitment coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and calendar management systems.
Comfortable using video conferencing platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, etc.).
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Professional, client-focused demeanor with problem-solving skills.
Experience handling international clients across different time zones.
Strong technical skills for managing digital tools, trackers, and productivity apps.
Note: An NBI or police clearance will be required upon acceptance of the job offer.
