The outside sales representative conducts sales appointments and prospecting activity to develop ‘new business’ revenues within their geographic territory via face-to-face meetings, marketing outreach via email/telephone. They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations providing technical product knowledge, demonstrated value propositions to close sales, increasing profits and revenue to meet their budgeted sales forecasts.
