Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding on various materials including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum using MIG, TIG, and Stick techniques

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications

• Set up welding machines and tools for different job requirements

• Inspect and test welds to ensure quality and compliance

• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE

• Conduct basic maintenance and minor repairs on welding equipment

• Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently

• Ensure high standards of craftsmanship on all assigned projects

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Welder Certification (or equivalent experience)

• Minimum 3+ years of welding experience in an industrial or commercial setting

• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and codes

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• Physically fit — able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions (hot/cold, confined spaces)

• Must have own welding gear (helmet, gloves, etc.); PPE will be provided
