Job Overview:

We are looking for a bilingual (English–Spanish) After-Hours Intake Advisor with a sales-driven mindset to join a dynamic legal intake team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building rapport, asking the right questions, and confidently guiding conversations toward positive outcomes.

As the first point of contact for potential clients after business hours, you will play a critical role in converting inquiries into qualified intakes. You will listen actively, assess case details (training provided), and create a reassuring, professional experience that builds trust and confidence in the firm. Strong communication skills, follow-through, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound after-hours calls with potential clients in a confident, consultative manner.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by guiding callers through the intake process and setting clear expectations.
  • Ask targeted, strategic questions to uncover key case details and determine eligibility (training provided).
  • Accurately collect, document, and organize client and case information in the case management system.
  • Build rapport quickly and maintain control of conversations to ensure a smooth and efficient intake.
  • Follow up with potential clients to secure missing information or documentation.
  • Represent the firm professionally while promoting its services with empathy, confidence, and clarity.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • Must speak clear English with minimal accent to ensure effective communication.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Comfortable reviewing and discussing basic case details.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computers and CRM or case management systems.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Previous experience in a legal environment is preferred.

Note: An NBI or police clearance will be required upon acceptance of the job offer.
