We’re hiring a Logistics Coordinator to manage the day-to-day flow of materials and shipments in and out of our Niagara Falls facility. This role is critical in making sure production schedules stay on track and that customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments

• Communicate with suppliers, freight carriers, and internal teams

• Monitor inventory levels and flag shortages or delays

• Create shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, labels, etc.)

• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate picking, packing, and loading

• Troubleshoot logistics issues and keep production informed of any delays

• Maintain records and update systems with shipment and inventory data

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or supply chain coordination

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable with basic computer systems (Excel, shipping software, etc.)

• Knowledge of freight scheduling, LTL, and BOL preparation is a plus
