Actively participates in all related Safety Programs and leads by example
Provide timely support for required customer compliance documentation requests.
Provide timely support of ad hoc Protective Packaging inspection / testing requests
Conduct receiving (raw materials / components) inspections and tests when required; produce proper disposition and notification(s) per current procedures
Support in-process testing / inspections in accordance with current procedures
Report nonconformances found and effectively support leadership team’s requests for assistance
Maintain an effective quality hold physical location and provide timely resolution and communications
Maintain test results, and related quality records per current retention procedures
Maintain all test equipment within QC laboratory for fitness of use and current calibration compliance
Maintain the QC laboratory as a safe, efficient, and organized workflow component
Other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in technical field preferred (Engineering, Sciences, etc.),
At least 3 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment; 5 + years preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Teams.
Data analysis / statistical proficiency, including common software applications
Demonstrated time management and organization skills.
Ability to multi-task, deal with tight timelines, exhibit appropriate urgency
