Job Function

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general data entry tasks, managing electronic filing systems, conducting administrative duties, and providing support as needed. Strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team are essential for this role.

Mandatory Requirements

  • High school diploma and/or post-secondary education
  • Background in business, commerce, or finance considered an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and/or Google Suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting general data entry tasks to input and manage information efficiently.
  • Digitizing files by scanning and electronically filing documents.
  • Maintaining an organized electronic filing system to ensure easy access and retrieval of documents.
  • Assisting with various administrative duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.
  • Assisting with email correspondence and phone calls, providing professional and timely responses as needed.
  • Supporting team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
