Machine Operator – Day Shift

We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Machine Operators to support day-shift production. In this role, you will operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, inspect finished products, and help the production team meet quality and output goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor assigned production machinery.
• Load materials and remove finished products safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products for defects and verify that they meet quality standards.
• Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
• Perform basic equipment adjustments and report mechanical issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
• Collaborate with team leads, maintenance personnel, and other operators to minimize downtime.
• Meet established production, attendance, and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to lift and move materials within the limits established for the position, with reasonable accommodation when required.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely around production machinery.

Schedule
