Job Function

Machine operator is responsible for operating machine, loader raw materials into the machine and quality check of the final products. 

Mandatory Requirements

• Previous experience in working on machines and related fields
• Basic Math skills for accurate measure of raw materials
• Commitment to workplace diversity, tolerance and respect
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor plant operations and activities
• Load and unload the materials in machine
• Packing and quality check of the final products
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
• Log and record readings for various procedures
• Other duties as assigned 

Soft Skills

• English fluency – clear verbal command, read, write, comprehension
• Attention to detail & accuracy with numbered bin locations and picking line items
• Focused & sense of urgency to meet daily KPI’s in a fast-paced environment
