Key Responsibilities:
Design and create engaging graphics for social media platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram.
Develop and format email newsletters to communicate brand messages effectively.
Refresh and modernize the logo and other brand assets while ensuring consistency.
Create compelling designs for merchandise and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute impactful design projects.
Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and are delivered on time.
Stay informed about current design trends, tools, and social media best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in both digital and print mediums.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).
Strong understanding of Instagram design and visual content strategies.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) is a plus.
