Order Entry and Shipment Tracking Specialist

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry and Shipment Tracking specialist to support our U.S. operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent written communication, and a commitment to accuracy. You’ll be responsible for entering orders, coordinating with vendors, tracking shipments, and ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter customer orders into the internal system.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers regarding delivery status.
• Respond to order status inquiries via email in a professional and clear manner.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and freight carriers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain organized records of all orders and related documentation.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in order entry, customer service, or a similar administrative role.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, with 99%+ data entry accuracy.
• Experience working with U.S.-based companies is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and comfort using digital tools.
