Job Overview: 

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support digital marketing operations and content management for a home design and remodeling platform. This role involves maintaining and updating the company website, creating and repurposing content for social media, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and skilled in managing both written and visual content using WordPress, Canva, and Grammarly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and edit website content using WordPress, including new post uploads, formatting, and internal linking.

• Repurpose existing blog posts and articles into engaging social media content (graphics, captions, or short posts).

• Design visually appealing materials for web and social channels using Canva or similar tools.

• Edit and proofread marketing copy to ensure clarity, grammar accuracy, and tone alignment using Grammarly.

• Assist in maintaining an editorial calendar and coordinating post schedules.

• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

• Monitor website and social performance metrics, providing regular updates or improvement suggestions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or administrative support.

• Proficiency in WordPress, Canva, and Grammarly.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote setup.

• Basic SEO knowledge is a plus.
