The Role: As an X-ray Technologist in the Medical Imaging department, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining accurate imaging records. You will use advanced X-ray equipment to support diagnostic processes, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assist in accurate diagnoses.

Responsibilities:

• Perform X-ray imaging procedures according to physician orders and departmental protocols.

• Ensure patient safety and comfort by effectively positioning patients and explaining procedures.

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain X-ray equipment, ensuring accurate image quality and proper function.

• Review and verify imaging quality, identifying any need for repeat scans or adjustments.

• Maintain accurate records of procedures and assist in maintaining imaging inventory and supplies.

Requirements:

• Valid certification/license as an X-ray Technologist.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of X-ray imaging procedures and safety protocols.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
