Leasing Specialist/Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM Central Time, with a 30-minute break

Salary: $1,000 per month

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Leasing Specialist/Coordinator to handle all leasing inquiries and guest card calls. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for prospective tenants, ensuring a seamless leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Leasing Inquiries: Respond promptly to all leasing-related calls, emails, and messages from potential tenants.

  • Guest Card Management: Accurately record and track all guest card inquiries in the leasing system.

  • Lead Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective tenants to schedule property tours, answer questions, and provide leasing details.

  • Lease Coordination: Assist in processing rental applications, collecting necessary documents, and coordinating with property managers to finalize leases.

  • Property Information: Provide prospective tenants with accurate information about unit availability, pricing, lease terms, and community amenities.

  • Customer Service: Deliver an exceptional experience to all prospects by addressing inquiries professionally and efficiently.

  • Database Maintenance: Maintain and update the leasing database to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure all leasing processes align with company policies, local rental regulations, and Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in leasing, property management, or a related customer service role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in leasing management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience with Entrata is preferred but not required.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential tenants.

  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and maintain accurate records efficiently.

  • Quick-thinking and resourceful in resolving leasing concerns.
