Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help maintain and evolve brand consistency across a wide range of marketing and communication materials. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong visual design skills and a knack for turning complex information into engaging, easy-to-understand graphics. You'll play a key role in supporting branding, marketing campaigns, investor communications, and internal materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all internal and external design assets.
Design and produce a variety of materials including:
Investor offering one-pagers and tear sheets
Pitch decks, fund overviews, and quarterly presentations
Infographics and visual data representations
Event collateral such as booth displays, signage, and invitations
Email graphics, newsletters, and digital ads
Create digital assets for LinkedIn campaigns, programmatic advertising, and other channels.
Optimize visual content for SEO, responsiveness, and user engagement.
Support internal communications with branded templates and employee-facing materials.
Design visuals for social media posts, press releases, and multimedia storytelling (e.g., carousels, video thumbnails).
Edit and retouch photos for use in marketing collateral.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of digital and print work.
Proficiency in Canva (required).
Experience with GIMP or similar photo editing software is preferred.
Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and visually compelling designs.
Attention to detail and consistency across various formats and platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
