Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Brampton, ON
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our clients warehouse operations team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping functions while ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and productivity standards are consistently met.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling equipment (MHE). You will play a key role in developing team members, improving processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the overall success of the operation.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping activities.
• Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and corrective actions.
• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse team members, including Receiving and Shipping Supervisors.
• Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Track, monitor, and report warehouse performance metrics and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement operational efficiencies.
• Maintain and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to inventory, shipping, receiving, and team performance.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean, 5S, and Kaizen programs.
• Serve as a backup to the Warehouse Manager and assist with special projects and operational initiatives.
• Support and participate in "Train the Trainer" programs related to warehouse equipment and material handling operations.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment.
• Certification and hands-on operating experience with:
  • Order Picker
  • Stand-Up Dock Stocker
  • Pacer
• Experience operating Reach Truck and Swing Reach equipment is considered an asset.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Completion of 4-Step Worker Health & Safety Awareness Training is preferred.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, 5S, and Kaizen.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.

• Overtime may be required based on operational needs.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary.
