JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Bank Reconciliations

• General Ledger Account Reconciliations

• Accounts Receivable Collections – maintain, research and resolve payment discrepancies actioning for resolution or effective escalation as required to maintain A/R account reconciliations and maintain DSO within company policies and procedures

• Sales Invoice processing through Customer’s direct portal access

• Perform month and year-end processes as required by Controller

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Intermediate level - Technology literate – MS Office (Excel V-lookups & Pivot tables) ERP ‘E2’ System

• Minimum 3 years accounting experience, full-cycle GAAP (CDN) General Accounting in a distribution or manufacturing application

• Able to be cross trained as a designated back-up for Ceridian Payroll (80 FTE’s incl U.S. division)

• English Fluency: Oral, written, reading comprehension – Clear articulation and interpersonal skills

• Bachelors Degree OR College Accounting Diploma – Post Secondary
