Virtual Assistant (Spanish-Speaking)

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time, with a 1-hour break

Salary: $1,000 per month

Job Overview: 

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of a dynamic and fast-paced team. This role involves a wide range of administrative tasks, regular communication with internal teams and clients, and the flexibility to assist in different areas of the business as needed. The client is willing to train capable, hardworking, and fast-learning individuals. A strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude are essential. Fluency in Spanish is required due to the nature of client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative support tasks such as data entry, file organization, and document management
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, calls, and managing calendars
  • Handle basic client communications, including phone calls and emails
  • Support team members in day-to-day operations and special projects
  • Communicate updates and follow-ups clearly and professionally
  • Adapt quickly to new tasks and internal processes as trained
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work
  • Work efficiently and independently in a remote setting

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is required
  • Fast learner with the ability to follow instructions and adapt to new systems
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills
  • Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable handling client-facing tasks with professionalism
  • Willingness to be trained and grow within the role

Note: An NBI or police clearance will be required upon acceptance of the job offer.
