Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Recruiter to join our fast-paced recruitment team. The ideal candidate has strong experience recruiting within the property management industry and is capable of managing multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining high hiring standards. This role requires strong sourcing, interviewing, and client management skills, along with the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for property management-related positions
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and project requirements
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, trade networks, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Conduct paper screening, initial interviews, and candidate evaluations
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and clients
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure all recruitment activities and candidate records are updated in our ATS and CRM systems
• Pre-endorse qualified candidates with detailed evaluations and interview notes
• Meet recruitment KPIs and hiring deadlines consistently
• Contribute to improving recruitment strategies and hiring processes

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience
• Previous experience recruiting within the property management industry is required
• Strong understanding of property management terminology and hiring needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume recruitment environment
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Experience using ATS, CRM systems, and recruitment platforms
• Experience recruiting remote or offshore talent is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
