We are seeking a Leasing Specialist/Coordinator to support property teams with tenant communications, lease execution, and applicant follow-up. 

Responsibilities: 

• Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants 

• Schedule property tours and follow up 

• Guide applicants through the leasing process 

• Prepare lease documents and verify requirements 

Qualifications: 

• Experience in leasing or real estate coordination 

• Customer-first mindset and strong English skills 

• Familiarity with leasing software (AppFolio, Yardi)
